Highly Recommend. I needed a mechanic to look at my car ASAP after I woke up to a pool of anti-freeze under it. Glenn squeezed me in as soon as the tow truck dropped my poor car off. He told me to go to work and kept me informed. Unfortunately, it was a large repair that would take several days, so I had to make other arrangements (I was in Troy on business and needed to be in Traverse City the next day). He also quoted me a price that seemed a little steep at the time, but my dad (my hometown mechanic) told me upon closer inspection that the quote was spot on: the quick fix we were hoping for was impossible on my older car. So thank you Glenn and everyone at Auto-Lab ... I was in dire need of a bit of help and you went way above and beyond. If I should find myself in Troy again with car issues I know exactly who I will call. :)

Great service, fast turnaround. They always save me money when they can. One example is when I thout my leaf springs broke; it turned out that my rear shackles were rusted out and they replaced only the shackles. I have over 150,000 miles on my truck and want to keep it going for a few more years and they keep it going. I have them work on my engine, transfer case, transmission, exhaust, brakes and even purchased my tires from them. I know I can trust them to only replace parts that need to be replaced. I wont go anywhere else.

I don't trust many people to work on my 66 Mustang. But I trust these guys. Not only did they diagnose the issue quickly, but repaired it, personally explained a potential other issue. I was having transmission problems and spoke to different companies in the area. I then came to Auto Lab and spoke to Glenn about my car. He agreed with the others that the transmission was shot. He told me he would give me a lifetime warranty on my transmission. This beat everyone hands down. He told me he was very busy and it would be a few days to get fixed. I have a 2004 Focus that was constantly stalling. I had had several places read the code, and attempt to fix the problem, but the stalling kept right on happening. At the beginning of July, just before we were to leave on vacation, my dad recommended Troy AutoLab. Tony and Robert were excellent in explaining what repairs I needed now and which ones I would need to address in the future. Unlike some of the other repair shops in the metro Detroit area, who charge you an arm and a leg for parts and labor to cover their machanic's cost. The Autolab in Troy gave me fair prices and the best customer service. You will not be disappointed in their attention to details, workmanship, prices and honesty. In early December of 2012, my car broke down at 14 Mile and Dequindre, in the middle of morning rush hour. I was able to push it (a 94 Jeep grand Cherokee isn't an easy push under the best of conditions) into the left turn lane. I called AutoLab Troy. The young man, Tony, who answered the phone first asked if I was safe, then told me he would have a tow there for me soon. Half hour later, my car and I were at the shop. They gave me a loaner car, and told me they would check it out, and let me know what the story was. I got a call about two hours later, explaining the problem, and that the car would be ready the next day. Sure enough, when I called the next day, it was done, and the price (which included the tow bill) was so reasonable that I had to ask if they were sure that was all it was costing. Thanks so much Tony and Mark. Quick quality work, and great prices. Great combo!!!
